In the event that BeautyXLish cannot contract with you as scheduled hereunder because it becomes impracticable as a result of an Act of God, accident, fire, incapacity, labor controversy, riot, war, civil commotion, act of government, terrorism or other cause outside the control of BeautyXLish We shall have the right in its sole discretion to RESCHEDULE WITH YOU AS SOON AS REASONABLY PRACTICAL after the end of such force majeure.

BeautyXLish shall reschedule the training hereunder as soon as reasonably practicable following the date of such occurrence. In the event BeautyXLish is prevented from performing obligations hereunder as a result of any contingency which is beyond the control of such party (such as interruptions in BeautyXLish travel schedule or unforeseen unavailability of BeautyXLish), BeautyXLish reserves the right to reschedule training. In the event that a BeautyXLish training cannot be conducted because of a lack of minimum student attendance,BeautyXLish reserves the right to reschedule the training.

Online Training Course/s: Cancellation and Refund Policies apply to the Online Training Course by BeautyXLish

Online Training Course/s: 

If purchased via Credit Card, PayPal, BNPL options such as, but not limited to “Clearpay, Klarna, Plim Finance, PayPal Pay in 3, payments made are non-refundable as it is an immediate enrolment and instant access to the course. 

Deposits/Booking Fee: 

This Section relates to the deposit/booking fee settled of the student’s training course.

All payments made are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Deposit is also known as a Booking Fee and is a part payment of the full amount of the tuition fee.

The Booking Fee is to confirm the date/time of the student’s training position in the academy. This fee also covers the costs of the Professional Kit, Training Supplies and organisation and preparation prior to the student’s training course which takes a considerable amount of production.

We understand life is busy and unforeseen circumstances can happen. In result, the student may not be able to make it to one or any of the training dates. In the event of this happening the student may need to reschedule, we appreciate that the student provides a 24-hour notice prior to reschedule or give the chance for the date/day to be filled by another client or student. This is simply a considerate act, booking fee/deposit is still non-refundable; any cancellations/reschedules within 24-hours incur a fee. This is to minimise last minute cancellations and minimise no shows as a growing business. 

We do not refund due to "change of mind".

Invoice:

All invoices created have a 24 to 48-hour period to be settled until the invoice is cancelled. Once cancelled, the training dates given will then become available to other potential students. There is an added 10% VAT fee to all invoices created.

Guests:

There is a no guest allowed policy as there is limited space. No children Allowed.

Age Requirement: 

BeautyXLish has a strict minimum age restriction of 16 years old for students.

Sick Notice:

This Section relates to any student enrolled and completing the training course.

• Unfortunate circumstances happen such as being sick, a 24-hour notice is required to notify BeautyXLish, cancellation policy is strict.

• BeautyXLisheducator/s reserve the right to cancel and reschedule training dates if the student is unwell or ill.

• BeautyXLishreserves the right to refuse entry to any persons that arrive on the premises unwell, intoxicated, disorientated or under the influence of substances any kind.

• All models must sign consent forms for liability and insurance reasons and agree to photos being taken for training purposes.
