If any student or person (current or past) defames BeautyXLish, whether it be libel or slander, BeautyXLish have the rights to strip all certification and merits. BeautyXLish also have the rights to remove all obligations, including but not limited to, Legal or contractual, with the student or person.

General Release:

As a condition of enrolment, I agree to be bound by BeautyXLish regulations and policies. I agree that BeautyXLish education and training or any successors, assigns and parties related in any way to (‘BeautyXLish’) on the condition that BeautyXLish will not be responsible for (and I grant BeautyXLish an Indemnity in respect to) any claim for personal injury, loss or damage whatsoever which may occur as a result of any act or an omission of BeautyXLish and, or my attendance at a BeautyXLish premises.
