Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped from the BeautyXLish warehouse in London, England.
You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched. It is your responsibility to regularly check your tracking number. Orders are processed Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 business days for handling, then add postage timeframes as stated below for the United Kingdom & International.
*Please allow 5-10 business days for handling on all online training starter kits.
All stock is housed in our London warehouse. In the unlikely event that you purchase a product that becomes unavailable for whatever reason, you will be notified within 48 hours & offered options for either a full refund or enable the order to be sent to you at an agreed date.
Shipping charges apply to all product orders. Our shipping cost is calculated on the delivery postcode.
To avoid delays & possible second delivery charges, we strongly recommend that you provide an attended business address (such as a work address), where someone you trust will be available to receive & sign for the order during normal business hours. BeautyXLish also deliver to PO Boxes.
We only use person-to-person delivery services (i.e. where the recipient must sign for the delivery) to ensure that orders can be tracked all the way through to delivery. For certain orders (i.e. as determined by our fraud prevention policies), we may also request for the courier to verify the identity of the recipient.

Australia (shipped via Australia Post):
Next Day Delivery: 1 Business Day if ordered before 4:00pm
Next Day Weekend Delivery: 1 Business Day if ordered by Friday at 4:00pm
International (shipped via Royal Mail):
Standard Shipping: 10-15 business days
Please note that if customs declaration applies, transit time can increase.

For international customers, please be mindful of your countries duties & custom taxes that may apply once your order has landed into your country. BeautyXLish s not liable nor are we held accountable for any extra fees or charges that your country may charge you once entered into your country. We can not & will not adjust pricing on orders to lower your countries custom taxes that are being charged to you.
Due to recent changes in U.S. customs laws and new tariffs, all orders shipped to the USA are now subject to local taxes, duties, and import fees, regardless of order value.
These charges are set by U.S. customs and must be paid by the recipient to receive the package. They are not included at checkout, and we’re unable to cover or waive them.
We understand this may be an inconvenience and appreciate your understanding as we adapt to these changes.
Purchases made during the weekend or on a public holiday will be prepared within the next 1-3 business days following that weekend or public holiday unless you have purchased weekend next day delivery for the United Kingdom only.
Please note that we aim to meet stated time frames for dispatch & delivery, however many factors can affect these time frames & we cannot guarantee that they will always be met.
